Fertility Education and Medical Management

How well do you really know your cycle? As a teenager, were you ever taught why your period happens, what your cervical mucus means, how your hormones change throughout the month, or what ovulation actually tells you about your health? Or were you simply told that getting your period meant everything was working normally? Your cycle is so much more than a monthly inconvenience—it’s a window into your hormones, fertility, and overall health. What if you could learn to truly understand the signs your body is giving you? Through FEMM, I’ll teach you how to read your cycle, understand your hormones, recognize ovulation, and become confident in knowing your own body.

Did you know that your period is a vital sign of your health?

Your body is like a well-oiled machine, constantly prioritizing the functions essential to keeping you alive and healthy. When something is off beneath the surface, your menstrual cycle can be one of the first bodily functions affected as your body redirects its resources toward more immediate needs, such as supporting your heart and brain.

An absent, irregular, or changing cycle may be your body’s way of communicating that something needs attention. And hormones are your body’s messengers—they don’t simply regulate reproduction. The hormones involved in your cycle influence countless systems throughout your body and can provide valuable insight into your overall health.

Understanding your fertility is an important part of understanding your health.

That’s where FEMM comes in. Through fertility awareness and cycle charting, you can learn to recognize the signs your body is giving you, understand your hormonal patterns, and become an informed participant in your own health.

Learn to understand your hormones, cycle, health, and fertility through FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) cycle charting. This personalized education package teaches you how to identify and chart daily fertility biomarkers—including cervical mucus and bleeding patterns—understand the hormonal changes occurring throughout each phase of your cycle, recognize ovulation, and identify patterns that may provide insight into your overall reproductive health. You’ll also learn how to interpret your charts for natural family planning and fertility awareness, while tracking symptoms and other factors that can influence your cycle. The package includes three 1-hour personalized FEMM sessions covering FEMM & Your Health, FEMM Expert, and FEMM Family Planning, plus three months of personalized chart review and support as you learn to confidently chart and understand your unique cycle.
