Your Fertility, Your Future
Helping girls understand and care for the bodies God designed
A Fertility & Womanhood Seminar for Teen Girls Ages 14–18
What if understanding your body could change the way you see yourself?
This seminar is designed to give teen girls the knowledge and confidence to understand their bodies, care for their health, and embrace the beauty of womanhood. Rather than treating the menstrual cycle and reproductive system as something mysterious, embarrassing, or simply something to manage, we’ll explore the incredible design and purpose of the female body—and how caring for it today can support health and fertility for years to come.
Throughout this interactive seminar, we’ll explore body literacy, health stewardship, and biblical womanhood through age-appropriate, practical, and faith-centered education.
What We’ll Explore:
Understanding Your Body
Learn the basics of female and male reproductive anatomy, reproductive hormones, ovulation, menstruation, and the healthy female cycle. Girls will learn what is happening inside their bodies throughout the month and why the menstrual cycle can provide valuable information about overall health.
Knowing Your Cycle
Girls will be introduced to fertility awareness and learn how to observe and chart signs of fertility, recognize healthy cycle patterns, and identify changes that may indicate that something is off. We’ll discuss when symptoms are simply part of being a woman—and when they may be worth bringing to a healthcare provider.
Caring for Your Feminine Health
From nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and environmental exposures to menstrual hygiene and period care, we’ll discuss practical ways to be good stewards of the bodies God has given us. Girls will learn about products such as pads and tampons and how to use them appropriately, while developing healthy habits that can benefit both their current health and future fertility.
Understanding Birth Control
We’ll take an educational look at common birth control methods, how they work, and how hormonal contraception can affect the reproductive system and the female body. The goal is not simply to tell girls what to think, but to equip them with the knowledge to understand what is happening in their bodies and make informed decisions.
The Wonder of Human Life
From conception onward, we’ll explore the remarkable development of a new human life. Girls will learn what babies look like and are capable of doing throughout pregnancy and consider the dignity and value of every human life from its earliest beginning.
Abstinence & God’s Design for Sexuality
We’ll discuss why abstinence before marriage is not simply a rule, but part of God’s good design for sexuality, relationships, marriage, and family. Girls will be encouraged to understand their dignity, establish healthy boundaries, and approach relationships with wisdom and purpose.
The Beauty of Biblical Womanhood
Finally, we’ll look beyond biology to the greater picture of womanhood. What does it mean to become a strong, confident, feminine woman? We’ll explore biblical femininity, marriage, motherhood, nurturing, and caring for the home—not as limitations, but as beautiful and purposeful aspects of womanhood.
A Seminar for Mothers & Daughters
This seminar is designed for mothers to attend alongside their daughters. It is not intended to replace a mother’s role as her daughter’s primary teacher and guide in matters of womanhood, sexuality, health, and faith. Instead, the goal is to equip mothers and daughters with shared knowledge and a common language that can make these conversations easier to continue at home.
There is also something special about learning alongside other girls their age. Sharing this experience with peers can make what might otherwise feel awkward or embarrassing more comfortable, engaging, fun, and memorable. Girls can ask questions, participate in activities, and discover that they are not alone in learning how their bodies work.
Our hope is that mothers leave feeling better equipped to continue teaching their daughters, while daughters leave feeling more confident, informed, and grateful for the bodies God created them to steward.
Our Goal
To equip young women with confidence in their bodies, wisdom in caring for their health and fertility, and a biblical understanding of womanhood, sexuality, and the value of life.
This will be an engaging, interactive experience rather than a traditional lecture, with opportunities for discussion, hands-on activities, practical demonstrations, and anonymous questions.
