Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), many insurance plans include coverage for lactation support services. If I am considered out-of-network with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible partial or full reimbursement, depending on your individual benefits.

Fee for initial appointment: $250 (lasting between 90-120 minutes).

Fee for follow up appointments: $200 (lasting between 90-120 minutes).

I am actively working toward becoming in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and TRICARE. Many healthcare sharing ministries, including Christian Healthcare Ministries and Samaritan Ministries, may also help cover the cost of lactation consultations depending on your individual membership guidelines.

To help make care more accessible, appointments are offered at a reduced rate for certain families:

• Medishare patients receive 50% off all appointments
• Medicaid patients receive 75% off all appointments

• Florida Blue patients receive reduced rate at a sliding scale
